NOC Code Help Needed please...

Can someone please help to find the related NOC for the duties below as i am unable to find any suitable NOC code for these duties?

1. Lead master console or command centre console operations for all computer systems, peripheral equipment and production
environment.
2. Coordinate requests through team Mailbox. Review individual and bulk requests log in the tracker
3. Coordinate the request end to end, or send to the appropriate team member for action.
4. Work closely with clients, vendors and internal technology partners to ensure timely completion of requests.
5. Follow internal processes and timelines, ensuring the Mailbox is kept current.

The best way to contact HRSDC and request them to designate the NOC for you. Later you can enclose their reply with your application thus reducing the chances visa officer will not accept the NOC.

The best way to contact HRSDC and request them to designate the NOC for you. Later you can enclose their reply with your application thus reducing the chances visa officer will not accept the NOC.

This will not reduce "the chances visa officer will not accept the NOC". The letter you will receive from HRSDC will say the information you have provided MAY be a fit to NOC XXXX. It doesn't support your application - nor will it result in the VO being more likely to accept your application.

However, if you have an open work permit and are struggling to find the correct NOC it MAY HELP YOU produce the best application possible.

Thank you so much for great feedback. I compared my duties with NOC 2281--- However i found that only 2-3 duties matched with given NOC. Do you have any idea how many duties must match with NOC or any approximate percentage... I think my work is not skilled and i am about to complete 1 Year in this job ... ... Any ideas plss...

And also does "Title" must be same as given in NOC? My job title is Technical Analyst however NOC 2281 does not have this title.

No - you must give your actual title!

What mattes when picking an NOC is the description/duties - NOT the title.

It needs to be a good match , the more the better. If the vo looks at it and thinks an unskilled noc is more fitting, chances are the application would be rejected.
