NOC code full (1000), what now?

Dear all,

I want to immigrate to Canada and I am receiving my IELTS test next week and I've filled in all documents. Few weeks ago I looked at the NOC code I wanted to apply to and there where 512 applicants.
I looked today and there are 1000!!!

What to do now?

I want to apply this year before the express entry kicks in next year.

If you want to apply this year before express entry kicks in, then you would need a permanent job offer in Canada and an approved LMIA so that you can apply through the arranged employment stream of the FSW program.

I had a company that wanted me but they dont think the LMIA process will work

Then you have no choice but to apply through express entry.
