I have been working in Canada over a year as software quality assurance analyst (mostly manual testing) and hoping to apply for my permanent residency under CEC of Express entry program. I have worked for two companies. It would be really helpful if someone could help me to find out the correct NOC code of my present and past jobs.
Job 1 responsibilities:
• Create manual test scripts from business requirement, standards documentation, and existing prototypes
• Execute regression, user interface and functional testing following documented procedures/standards
• Document test results
• Use defect tracking tool to analyze, report and track application defects and enhancements
• Analyze and comprehend test results obtained from the test procedure and is able to summarize the results to the team lead
• Actively participate in process improvement discussion/meetings
• Coordinate the testing efforts of the QA team to ensure adequate product testing of all software prior to release, in an efficient and timely manner
• Work with product Team Leads to create test plans for all major releases
• Manage QA team’s tasks on a daily basis
• Assist and help other teams in improving their quality standards

- Perform Quality Assurance testing
- Report and replicate bugs / issues / inconsistencies
- Build and implement test plans with detailed use cases and clear procedures
- Conduct cross browser testing
- Work with other departments to troubleshoot issues
- Complete assigned projects on schedule and produce high quality work
- Troubleshoot and/or develop bug fixes directly whenever possible
