Hi,

I am a Company Secretary with more than 5 years of experience and a law graduate having 3+ years in paralegal works. Currently my job profile includes both corporate secretarial work as well as paralegal work like drafting of documents and coordinating with advocates. I have recently cleared ICSA from UK and holding Associate Corporate Governance membership.

I am confused as to which NOC code to select from these: 4211/ 1242/ 1222 or 0114 which specifically mentions ICSA as requirement.

Please suggest me if any other title would be appropriate

You search by responsibilities not title so match your employment letter’s responsibilities to the NOC.

Selecting the right NOC code can be a bit tricky, but it's essential for accurate job classification. Considering your ICSA qualification, you might want to check out the NOC code 0114, which specifically mentions ICSA as a requirement. It could be the best fit for your profile. And speaking of qualifications and career paths, have you ever explored what a Professional Director does? It's intriguing how their expertise contributes to effective corporate governance. If you're curious about broader career options, it's worth looking into.
