Hi, I have a question regarding the NOC. I am currently going to apply under CEC.
I have more than a year experience in NOC 1211 (Supervisors, general office and administrative support workers). And when comparing duties from my contract to HRDC occupation description it matches perfectly. But the name of my position isn't in the list of titles of NOC 1211 positions...
It's name was Administrative clerk. Unfortunately, admin clerk title falls under different NOC, which is 1441, and the stated duties don't have much to do with the duties from my contract. On the top, I can't apply under CEC if my NOC is 1441.

So, the question is: what is more important for them? Duties & Responsibilities or the actual title of my occupation? Or both? I will be really glad to hear any advices, sugesstions.
