Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster ;D
I can't figure out my correct NOC code. I wrote to the email address many people provided here and sent a list of my duties, but received an answer saying that they are not "responsible of providing NOC codes", that it is the "applicant's job only" to find the correct code ??? It would be a huge help if anyone faced a similar situation - here's the summary:
1. "Senior Business Management / Business Development Specialist" (International - Legal)
a. First contact with potential clients;
b. Distributing workload between relevant departments / partners following first contact;
c. Performing researches to avoid conflicts of interest, warning associates of red flags;
d. Preparing and updating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, resumes etc.)
e. Preparing, drafting, editing, negotiating the proposal letters and sending them to the clients;
f. Following up each proposal, organizing the workload between departments;
g. Following up client and management requests;
h. Overseeing the rest of the team in absence of the manager and responding to internal / external queries.
2. "International Care Specialist" (Healthcare, Business Development Team)
a. Representing the hospital in local health tourism sector;
b. Designing and updating the info cards to be filled;
c. Preparing research questionnaires and conducting surveys, communicating results to the upper management;
e. Preparing periodic reports to strengthen the hospital's partnerships (i.e. referrals);
f. Conducting limited market research for potential partnership opportunities;
g. Contacting international insurance companies when necessary, make arrangements for transportation to home country, translating all medical reports for their records;
h. Acting as international care coordinator, meeting patients at their arrival, help with their check-in procedures, including acting as interpret when required.
I am thinking 4163 would be ok, but wondering if any sector-specific codes would apply as well.
Thank you and good luck to all of us!
