Field Manager = Medical Representative ? Please go through the job duties of Pharmacist. I donot think that the job duties of Field Manager match with NOC:3131.

One of the job duty of a medical representative is to promote pharmaceutical product to health professionals, which is also stated in NOC 3131, So i think it matches.
