NOC Code 217

Hello,

I am interests in Canada PR but do not have a Technical degree, though I have 10 years of IT exp in Programming, can any one please suggest me what code who'd I apply and do I require a Technical degree before applying NOC Code 217 or another code for Software developers. I am B com from Delhi University. And having SAS certified and Data Scientist Certification.

You can apply for these NOCs in SINP. Choose the right one. These are in their Demand list and non regulated. Make your Job Reference letter according to selected one.

1112 Financial and investment analysts
1122 Managers in Professional occupations in business management consulting

Note: You will not be apke to apply for IT related jobs.

Thanks a ton for reply, so it will be on Analytics and IT Correct, I am just lacking 1 marks for IELTS that is reading 5 rest was almost 6.5 overall is 6. I have a small question can i go for Saskatchewan or can you please suggest something where my ielts can be accepted. I can come anywhere in Canada. Need to Leave India due to my family issues before its get worst.

I am talking about Saskatchewan only. This is the easiest.
You can still apply for SINP OID sub category with this IELTS result. But it is slower and takes about 2 years to get Visa. This is without EE category. No need to WES credentials as well.
EE category needs min 6 IELTS bands in each module. WES Compulsory. Takes about 1 year to get Visa.

Can you please guide me then, as Express Entry I can not apply as its not 6 in Reading. Can you pls guide me with the steps, at any cost I want to move there.

One more thing. Do you want to take services of a Representative. It will be good to do this. The probability of success increases. I know a dynamic Sask based consultant. He has many options to assist , like only suggestion, only document preparation and Prepare format for Job Reference letter, prepare complete application or do all the work. Fees as per work.

Guarantee is not even about life. You contact him at email. He is good and tested. First choose the cheapest option. To move forward if it looks good.

Can u pls reply they are asking me 3000 cad dollars for taking my file and saying its not guarantee that my NOC list will be coming or not. Need your guidance for that please..
