NOC Code - 0213

Dear Friends,

Is it compulsory to have one of job duties as budgetary responsibility if your NOC is 0213.?

I am really confuse about it. IT Manager must be responsible for financial or budge issue of company....??? Please comment....

not the whole company - only the Department s/he is managing. does it make sense now?

Dear Seniors,

I am new to the forum and planning to file under FSW 0213..really nice to see such a wonderful help on internet...I have following issues regarding experience..

1.2003 - 2005 computer department Assistant (0213)

2. 2009 - 2010 MIS Officer (0213)

on both of my jobs i performed almost similar duties but the MIS officer one is after my masters degree in E-commerce/business Management and in the 1st job I was performing the 0213 duties but mostly on the assissting side.kindly let me know how can I manage both of them..

I believe that 'education qualification' has nothing to do with NOC 0213. It gives you your points for Education, but the job description and qualification of 0213 does not require a degree/diploma...

could you please advise, whether it is possible to reapply to Sydney using the same NOC, but another title of occupation after the 1st attempt with another title was refused? the reason for refusal was incorrect explanation of the duties. will Sidney get suspicious and there will be another chance for a refusal? it's really important.

We have tried numerous times to make people understand that without relevant Degrees for 0213s, it is actually a tough luck to get PR.

If there is some scope Visa officer can get suspicious than I believe he will.

What you are saying may not get through w/o troubles but if it is justified that title changed and some additional duties were performed with new title then there are changes of sailing trough

The degrees in Geography may not be accepted for NOC 0213. Although the work experience seems OK.

If any one (3 years graduate in Geography + 1 years Msc in Geography).
Candidate also completed 2 year's Higher diploma in Computer Science from NIIT in From bangladesh.
But his 2 year's diploma is not counts as a educational grid points. Candidate also have work experience
in IT Sector.

He is serving one of IT Company from last 10 years, now he serving same company.
My questions of ans to know that, his position in IT Company from April 2004 to March 2009 as a
Computer Programmer,after then he is promoted as a Information Systems Manager from March 2009 to

1. Is he Eligible to apply federal skilled migrant visa ?
2. CIC will allow to approved his educational qualification with match his work experience ?
3. How many will get points from work experience (between 21) ?
4. He have also completed 1 year of french diploma (level---101, 102,103,104)
with out TEF test result can to claim points from CIC ?
