NOC Code - 00 change after successful LMIA

Hi,

I have a work experience of 4 years as a Senior Product Manager. I am already in Canada with Global Stream A LMIA work visa and a job offer from a Canadian gaming company.

My NOC code with which LMIA was applied was 0601 which is for product managers but I have a responsibilities and on paper role of Senior Product Manger.

- Can I get my NOC updated to 0015? Who should I approach for this? Earlier company's law firm did it.

- Can I put 0015 as NOC for PR application which I am doing on my own now with a new profile?

Your company would need to get a brand new LMIA under NOC 0015 and then you would need to get a new work permit.

Until you do that, you need to stick with NOC 0601 or you won't be able to claim the 50 job offer points.

I don't. NOC 0015 is for senior executives who are running major departments or divisions of an organization. I think NOC 0601 is the right one for the job you have now.
