Dear all,

I have gone through all the NOC classifications, but just can't seem to find anything related to my field:

I work as a Customer Service/ partner Relationship for emergency relief supplies.
It is part of the United Nations, and my main interaction is with our fixed group of partners to analyze their needs and provide quotations, coordinate full internal procurement, shipping, etc...after understanding what the external user wants...the cargo we have is also complete humanitarian aid (prefab warehouses/homes/major emergency kits/etc - pretty specialized)

What classification is that? Its definitely not customer service/sales/retail..it includes building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as coordinating the entire supply chain system internally..for humanitarian assistance..

Any advise on which category I can be put into? Im sure it should be 0,A or B as I end up handling nearly everything to finally implement the service...but can't figure out where to place myself..

thanks

Thanks for the response Mangatholi...

Well - it sounds good, but it seems more of what procurement staff does..
in our case, the procurement staff have already bought the items and they are part of our stock (or others users stock) and I have to arrange to sell it to the user (customer), as well as coordinate with the warehouse and logistics guys to move it from our stock to user..

I saw one of the options, which was Customer Support Representative (Wholesale):

6221 Technical Sales Specialists – Wholesale Trade
Example of title: customer support representative - wholesale

Technical sales specialists, wholesale trade, sell a range of technical goods and services such as scientific and industrial products, electricity, telecommunications services and computer services to governments and commercial and industrial establishments in domestic and international localities. Technical sales specialists who are supervisors are included in this group.

This is humanitarian relief items in bulk quantiites from the warehouses - can it be classified as wholesale? as it is to different organizations and governments...usually sent in bulk quantities in containers by sea, road or air directly to affected destinations..
