Noc clarification

Hello Team,

Greetings for the day !!!!

I am planning to apply for Canadian PR but I am not sure what my NOC code will be ???

As per Indian qualification,I have done BTech (bachelor of technology-4year full time programme) in Electronic and Communication engineering.

Currently I am working with Convergys in Gurugram,India

My key responsibilities include that I support Microsoft Office 365 products like Exchange,sharepoint ,one drive for business,Skype for business. My designation include Technical support associate in Microsoft Office 365.

So will I be included in Skill category A or skill category B ???

If yes in any of the above ,what will be my NOC code???

I'm also trying to get it clarified. However it closely falls under skillB with NOC Code 2281. Need experts clarification here.
