Hello Everyone,
Hope you guys doing well.
I have one question/ confusion regarding my job and experience.
I have been doing job NOC-B (Quality Control Technician/ Lab Technician) in Copmany XXX But I go through an Agency xxx. I started in January 2021. I am not sure when company gonna hire me ( it usually take 4-5 months) but if I work whole 1 year through an Agency for the same company, can I show this experience for my PR Express Entry PR Application since it’s NOC - B job ?My agency told me that they will provide me letter whenever I need stating that it’s NOC-B job with NOC code.
please help me with it as I don’t want to waste time in future. It would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Savan.

I ain't sure about the specific NOC-B you are talking about, but as of now, IRCC is trying to implement TEER categories which is rearranging professions across NOC's , and NOC B is the most at stake, so some of the NOC B's will be downgraded to C and even to NOC D, They revise Work classifications every 10 years and new classification is coming up as T.E.E.R instead of NOC. TEER = NOC 2021 V1.0

@scylla @Naturgrl your help is needed.
Thanks

Thanks for reply,
My position is Chemical Lab Technician (NOC 2211 as per 2016 NOC distribution) and as per 2021 new NOC, it is still valid for CEC under Express Entry.
I am going to finish 1 year as Chemical Lab Technician through an Agency.
My Agency and Company I work for, both are ready to give me Employment letter and reference letter respectively.
Agency Letter —— will mention my name, dates of work ( start and Ending or continue), hours, pay and job title.
Company Letter——- will mention my my name, job title, hours , dates of work, and job duties and responsibilities as per NOC.
How it’s sound.??

So you are working in Canada and worked 7 month through and agency and then 7 months with the company in the same position. If full time, you have one year of Canadian work experience for CEC.
