NOC and Job Title

Hello Friends! I have applied for FSW and have selected NOC 6211. My experience letter is with the job tittle Customer service manager but most of the duties are similar to NOC 6211.
Am I correct in choosing 6211 and does job title will cause any problem?
I am not doing any managerial stuff such as pricing, etc.
Your inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Good day, I need a quick help. I have 3years job experiences, 1 year experience in 3 different companies. 2 are of same NOC, the first and the third one. Please, how can I use the 3 jobs to claim 3 years work experience points

To be eligible for Express Entry, you need one year of continuous, full-time, skilled work experience in one NOC. If you meet this criteria then you can use the other experience with a different NOC.

Thanks for your response. Yes I know that one year full time experience is needed, but points of 1 year is different from points of 3 years. So what I'm asking is, how can I claim points of 3 years with 3 different jobs?
A friend had over 7 years of experience, with the latest being 2years. While filling the express entry pool online forms, he tabled all his work experience, but the latest job which was 2years was used to award him points. So, how can one use all my 3 jobs to claim 3 years work experience points?
