NOC A Average CLB 8 but in reading 6

Hi,

I am looking to apply canada PR in NOC A, with 1+ years experience in ontario in 2173 on work permit.
I wrote CELPIP and as per CLB level the score is 9,9,8,6.
Is it Manadtory to get CLB 7 in all or since I have a average of 8 it is OK or accepted to apply?.
SInce I moved out of Canada this week, I cannot take CELPIP again (as it is available only in Canada).

What other options available to get PR in canada (any province with out permanent job offer) with this score with job in NOC A software engineer.

No, You have to retake your English exam in order to be eligible under CEC.

I heard that IELTS is easier than CELPIP, why don't you try that? Even IELTS is available in many countries.
