NOC 7246 or 2133 or 0131?

I am an engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication with 13 years of experience in Telecom Company.

I have created my EE profile with NOC code 2133 but not getting an invitation due to the unpopularity of the code.

My previous job duties from the year 2008 to 2017 matched with NOC code 7246. So should I go with NOC 7246? I heard it is a regulated NOC code. What does a regulated NOC code mean?

Also one more NOC code 0131 matches with my profile from the year 2017 to 2021. But is managerial level NOC and I am at officer level. Shall I go with it?

For EE, you only need NOC A, B or 0 so doesn’t matter what NOC code. What is your CRS score? Hasn’t been a open draw since last year so you want over 470 when draws resume.

So what province are you eligible for if not through EE? Most PNP programs are through EE or require a job offer.
