Hey Harrie Aussie/ other seniors please help

my application was returned today stating that my husband's details and his family details were not included in the form...so my consultant is trying to finish it today so that we can despatch it tomorrow positively. Actually i alone with my exp,ielts and all gathered 67 points so my consultant suggested we do not add my husband as it will increase cost...and once i get the PR automatically my husb and kids will be eligible for PR....then we can show funds..

but my doubt is this is showing on cic website....i donno what my consultant is doing..can u help me now which form do we send to CIC if we are sending tomorrow...it might reach in first week of april also...

The CIO will continue to accept the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM0008) until March 31, 2012. After that date, only the new version of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) will be accepted and all previous versions will be returned to applicants.

Dear Crook,

Only way to know that your application has been accepted is to check with your bank. Ask the bank officials about the payment deduction from the mode of payment you used. If you used CC then the transaction would reflect in the statement or ask the bank about the status in case it was a draft or bank cheque.

I suggest you to change your consultant. Your consultant is dumb to full extent. Cant believe there are such stupid consultants giving out such a crap service.

Not including your kids and husband just to save some dollars right now is not a good idea. Bringing your kids and husband won't be a cake walk in case you get PR. Fire your consultant.

I totally agree with Harry and Frobag...you should not be paying even a single penny to this consultant.

By the way I sent my application form in the end of Feb 2012 and used the new generic form.

It means the consultant wants only money .......he is least bothered if u get visa or not.....

In many cases....if the principal applicant scores more than 67 points.....its a golden chance to include ur husband and kids.....coz if u get a PR ur husband nd kid would also get it 100%. Y to complicate matters wen u all cn get a PR at the same time....

There is no need for any consultants by the way.....with the help of tis wonderful forum and topics by qorax....u can file it urself....save the fees u give to the consultant and can use that money to file fr ur husband and kids...

I too agree totally that biggest mistake of my life is appointing that agent to do my paperwork...well we cant do anything now its too late to fire him as well...

hey canadiantobe i wanna know that

1. form that is showing on the website is the old form or the new form???(IMM 0008)

2. we have sent that form whatever is showing on website; it is still in transit and will be received on april 1st...so do u think they will consider my application as it was downloaded and filled on mar27th.

iam totally confused and really donno what to do as i dnt have much knowledge of all this and cant understand that much all this....
