Below are my job responsibilities in medical Trading company which is distributor of many Healthcare products in the country.
• To carry out pre-sales technical presentations & demonstrations
• Provide support to customers when any technical issues arise in a prompt and timely fashion
• Provide post-sales support to the customer to aid in establishing new parameters and answer technical inquiries.
• Perform customer training.
• Establish a plan to visit and/or communicate with each assigned customer on a cycle or frequency matching the customer’s needs and support requirements and Nikon’s business priorities.
• Present NIKON technical and application solutions to customers during demos
• Assist Account Executives in driving sales through technical knowledge and with the government tenders/ RFQ’s technical details as needed.
• To liaise with sales specialists & business unit managers to offer the necessary support and full service to customers
• To coordinate with Maintenance team and assist them in solving glitches
• To improve customer satisfaction by establishing good relationship and educating them with
trending technology in their respective fields
• Collaborate with Nikon’s Technical Support Specialists and Senior Advisors in troubleshooting problems.
• To attend manufacturer trainings abroad scheduled periodically at the factory / training center
Is it apt to opt 6221 NOC , anyone here with similar job and applied with this NOC . kindly advice and share your experience.
