Agree with Calgary4Me, in IT field
team leader cant consider as IT Manager
better to go with only one NOC.
Got it.
my current position is Team lead since last 7 months. Before I worked as IT Infrastructure Manager for 2 years and 1 year as IT Manager. I think that will be ok, but when filling you have to write all your jobs starting from current to old ones. Is that will be ok with CIO during assessment that ignore current title and consider old jobs under relevant NOCs instead of refusing the case? I know we all are not CIO guys :) but just asking your opinion.

How long have you worked in IT. If you have worked in IT for 3 years and 7 months, that is the reason why they may have rejected you. No one would believe you are an IT manager in your first IT job. Perhaps you have explain what you did before those 3 years and 7 months. Was that the 4131?

Thanks for reply. Brother I am gonna apply, not rejected :'(. InshAllah I will be successful. Actually before IT Manager I was under 4131 and was doing many other IT consultancy jobs and bunch of certifications I have too. Actually I am not going to mention those consultancy jobs as I have not a single proof for all those. So I am going to mention 4131 and 0213 in my app. Is that will be ok and safe? what do you advise for me?

Ask other people here. But there is a chance of rejection, if they see that you went straight into management position. Most people are programmers, etc before they become managers.

Boss I am university Lecturer and put 4121 as my NOC. I have got intial approval. But beware that part time work no matter how much longer in duration is not acceptable. You need to be a full time worker for at least 1 year in the 38 category list.

you all mean we should even not to write any supervison role in IT manager description?

Farhan brother its not true that part time work in not calculated.

"As per the Op Manual for FSW

be full-time work, which, according to R80(7), is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week. Full-time work experience requirement may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience, e.g. two part-time jobs held simultaneously. Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years."
