Hi All,

For couple of people in the e-cas status i see that they clearly mention that file has been transferred to New Delhi office as shown below:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 30, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012.

Where as my status shows:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 2, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 2, 2012

Is this the same case with with all or is there any difference in e-cas status update between the MI-1 / MI -2 / MI -3..... ????

I have same status but i did not receive any letter.

Many of us have already completed 90 days and are nearing 120 days from "In Process with date" , does anybody have any updates as to what is NDVO planning?

Congrats Rabin, good to see many new additions to the already huge list of candidates with "In Process with date". Why is NDVO accumulating all the candidates under In Process but not sending out MR's?

i m prejune applicant under the category NOC 4131 from the last 27 months. As far as my knowledge, NDVO has started processing the docs"inprocess status" from Jan 10 2012. Some of the seniors had suggested that this VO will start forwarding MR only after 120 days from the date of "inprocess Status.But i don't see any updates on this forum even though 120 days has been completed.can anybody suggest better idea about the policy of NDVO.it's really a frustrating process. what the hell they doing?

That's a million$ question nobody knows what NDVO is doing with so many "In Process- with date" candidates while other VO's are showering MR's

Dear rajan, Don`t get frustrate we all are in the same boat. Nobody knows the working of ndvo. But it is clear with the help of the applicant`s caips report & his/her quote and status that firstly ndvo wants to access all the prejuner and takes to under the inprocess till mid of June 2012 So get clear the status of successful numbers of visas. After that ndvo will issue the medical or DM to applicants according to accessment. Secondly they also haven`t the quota for medicals & visas for session 2011-12. So hopefully some action will taken by ndvo after mid june2012. Until then enjoy.
