DEAR FORUM FRIENDS, I think we are facing a very critical situation being "Decision Made prior to MR, which many of our seniors opined "rejection". So may I request all of my friends with the same update join this thread and share your suggestions, qualifications, point calculation and time-line. I think whether it is PER or NER, we have to prepare our mind to face it. So with your permission and expecting some support from seniors and masters like Quorax, Biju and all others, let's unite here for NOC 4131,4121-MARCH 2 JUNE, DECISION MADE APPLICANTS: LET'S UNITE HERE.
I am a master degree holder (19 years) with 11 years of work experience. I hope to get 68 points and am a April '10 applicant, other details on my signature. Decision made updated on October first week, Nicky

i also get this update dear from 2 days ago i m in trouble have u got any letter in writing from visa office?

Well folks,

I express my solidarity and concern in respect of the situation emerged consequent to the "DECISION MADE" kind of change reflected in the ecas of few of the fellow members.

I also get scared when i think of "Decision made" being arrived at without MR.If read between the lines of the text of refusal letter posted by one of forum member,it is observed that information/document provided in respect of employment has prompted the VO to conclude of what he/she is upto.It has to be precisely in congruance to the defined Canadian laws .

Nonetheless, let us wait for official communication in individual cases.

Meanwhile, wish all the fellow members the best of luck.

The VO repied on 2November to my general enquiry on 13 October :
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi .

An Acknowledgement of Receipt letter was sent to you after your application was received by our office. Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review.

Unless we have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. Our office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.
If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application will take two years or more to be processed.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.
This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. As a result, applicants will wait two years or more to be processed.
