As far as I know you don't need a b.ed. make sure your job description matches NOC code and reference letters specify that.

Go ahead. No need for b.ed. just make sure your employment letter states duties as per NOC code and u have proof that u are a teacher

I have a B. Ed. degree. But I donot think it is important. I have heard that job duties are more important. Experts can weigh in please.
