NOC 4012 for gaining CRS points

I entered the pool using other NOC code foreign working experience as a FSW. According to CIC I use my research assistant working experience (NOC 4012) when I was full time phd to gain CRS points as canadian working experience?

But I don't get any points for item "CRS - Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience", why?

Thank you! There are some "grey area" that I want to twist around to see if I can gain more points. I was wondering if the points change immediately or there is 24h delay every time you update it as submitting the application the first time?

sorry I tried to use spaces to make a "form“ but it does not look good

For NOC4012 while being a full time student:

inside Canada : only can be used for FSW scoring, not for CEC, not for CRS scoring,
outside Canada: can be used for FSW scoring, can count as foreign working experience for CRS

is that correct?
