farja whats your status as your application reached 24th Oct. you will be the first one to report coz you were near to charge.

Regarding Deep Sharma case, receiving back application within 10 days is highly impossible with regular mail. more evidence needed

if we pass through completeness check then we certainly will have UCI no. and ( if our file is unopened and returned as it is then there might be no UCI No. IS IT POSSIBLE ? IF SUCH THEN CIC DOESNT HOLD ANY RECORD OF APPLICANT.)

In EE I have 474 points, but without LMIA which is absolutely impossible I see no prospective.

So game is over... so much disappointed with your news...dont want to say but its a shit thing with CIC CAP UPDATE...

EE is just a shit thing..canada will learn lesson from it within an year...

How you get your result? Did you get your application back in your hand or by Phone? I am in Ottawa with work permit as a Post Doc. I didn't receive anything yet and I checked online with my UCI no, but the system doesn't have any information about me. I am a Nov 17 applicant. Anyone pls advice me how I can call them? I tried with the 888-242-2100 but didn't find any option to reach the agent.

upsetting news of Deep Sharma, he had sent on 24th Oct as he stated, BUT...........if cap is reached, then docs later to this date still pending, must be returned back, it shows, either his doc had lacking sth. or CIC is processing the applications randomly. THERE MUST BE SOME ERROR,

I had completed Phd and was awaiting results when I applied but still they did not consider me for Phd. I have been accepted in FSW1. What is your application filed date?
