Bad news- Today I got my file back. click on the following link to view the image of explanation letter. as i don't know how to attach the image here. The application has been returned due to cap reach. sorry for ruining your hopes.

I think we should admit now that our noc 4011 cap reached before 24th October as deep sharma was 24th October candidate but I would say that it's time to see a better dream and donot waist our time on unfulfilled dreamz

Sorry to hear about deep sharma's case but I still have a hope. And a question to deep sharma; I minutely observed the letter specially the date but everything is visible except the inside date. I could not understand the statement which says applications received on or after 27th February 20.. Could you please clarify it?

Of course you should wait. Each person case is different and handled differently by different VO. So please guys don't give up hope so soon, hang in there......till you don't get some sort of response.

my cousin application was also returned back because cap was full as at October

If 12 they sent application back on 12th and it received in 12 days. Isnt it so fast? Where are the rest applications resting?

Dear Friends

I think no one has ever been tested as I have been on this matter of Canadian immigration. After completing my post-grads from New Zealand, Came back to home country without PR in 2003 when PR was almost free & matter of months. Applied for Canadian immigration in June 2004......................Kept waiting................until 2012 ..to hear all pre Feb 2008 FSW files got cancelled unfairly owing to new law introduced by Canadian Conservatives.......Again applied in 1st week of Nov. 2014 in 4011...& ...history repeating itself....due to misleading figures CIC shared on capping NOCs...However, I am grateful to ALLAH swt for His blessings.........This is what He wants....I think we all need to accept the reality wholeheartedly & move on....& must not blame this & that for not being able to send application before it was capped...this is what destiny is....May Allah swt bless you all.

I called CiC again today. The agent told me no record in the system she was very friendly that even she mailed me CIO contact to send them inquery)
I asked her regardimg EE she told me to put yes in the field that I applied to Fsw before and leave blank UCi number. Somebody please advice is that correct?

i still doubt that bro...
when you ll have your application back and you find UCI there then you can say yes.. and enter the UCI in form.

but if UCI is not provided then there is no point of saying Yes . because if you say Yes , you have to enter UCI number.
