Who ever is coming here and giving some sort of info is doing favor to other WAITING forum members we should encourage them, rather then discouraging.

if some one is unable to digits the info which is not according to their mentality are free to ignore it ..

I look the delay in other way, as CIC total cap FSW is 25000 for 50 NOCs i.e 500 for each NOC. So its logical for CIC to work on 1st five hundred and keep the rest on wait list till closing of work on above. Then work on the rest of application if 25000 cap is not reached. They may have some formula to divide the remaining nos to various NOCs or First come first serve basis.

in few occasions, CIC agents advised applicants to call after 23 Feb.. because at this date they are having new file management system ready.


i request the Canadian members to call and try to get some concrete information.

U have a good point but CIC serves on first come first basis then you must given priority (if cap is open) to all other allication after ur date in any NOC

Priority as per date should not be only within occupation Cap but also in Global Cap of 25000

+1 for your patience... Here is my experience. My file has been received on 23rd May 2014 and there was no information about my application until December 4th, until I received MR. That was a long waiting and I lost all my hope..... By the God's grace I received MR on Dec. 4th. Medicals completed on 8th December and third line has been updated on 17 th December 2014 and again I started waiting for PPR..... till now, no information from NDVO...... So, trust in God, be patient......and do not loose hope.....
