I called CIC two times just now... first time agent told me my application was sent back yesterday due to some missing information, and also told me the cap is reached now.
2nd time agent told me that your application was opened yesterday. thats all i can tell. and she gave me a uci no. ( which doesnot work) dont know whats happening

Dear Nazmun 2014
You can call CIC and try to get info since 10 weeks have been passed in your case. Try to explain that our noc was nearing cap and you would like to know your application status or cap update whether it is reached or by which date is it capped.
I called them but they responded that 10 weeks have not been passed.

deep sharma pls reconfirm your status....it contradicts with other quotes.. .might be your information with agents went wrong. we all know that its 813 applications till 16th December.

I've just spoke to the representative.
What I was told
1) November applications are all in cap (i did not asked about December)
2) Currently they introducing new system of monitoring files which will take 1-2 weeks.
3) At the moment she have no information on that application.
4) I was recommended to call back after 23 February.

Besides of all this I was asked around 10 verification questions.

yes i called cic again few minutes ago, the agent told me my application was returned due to cap reached .

Sorry did you mentioned NOC category you applied for?
You may ask them due to cap was nearing 1000(actually 813 according last update) you would like to know up to which date their update refers to or if cap reached.

Just called them again. Agent was very friendly and she asked my name my DOB then she checked my name in the system and told me there is no info also no info regarding returning back my application. I also asked about cap they they told me they don't have access to the info regarding cap. It seems that those who called inside Canada have more detailed info.
I son't know.
