Dear all,

Application received: 2nd Sept. 2014
NOC: 4011
CC not charged yet

I have called couple of times but didn't get any info from there. Just told me that you need to wait and check your email. Even they didn't ask my passport number.

I don't know what's going on with my application. Will they inform me if NER? How long will take time if they send back my documents? What can I do right now except waiting? :-(

Your advice will give me strength to wait, wait and wait. Thank you all.

I'm 24th October applicant. I did mail to CIC on 24th of November and they replied to me on 26th of January stating that " Your submission has been received and is in the queue for initial processing. "
Nothing else .
Till date no any news. My payment mode was DD. .so I don't know whether it has been encased or not.

I think you can check with the bank if your DD has been enchashed or not.. I am also a 24 oct applicant.. and I am planning to visit the bank tomorrow to check the status of my DD. wish me luck

Thanks. But unfortunately the bank from which I issued my DD doesn't provide any kind of such information. :-(

my app reach 20 oct 2014 noc 4011 dd e cashed 23 dec 2014 per received 23 jan 2014 bank do provide info u need to push them hard its ur instrument and u have all the right to have info about it good luck

I did mine from SCB and they cooperated very well.

Yes. .It's SCB. Could you please explain in details what you did for getting the information?

A friend of mine has been working for them. He helped me on that.
nevertheless, they will ask you to fill in a form to disclose information regarding FE related transactions.

What I was told
1) November applications are all in cap (i did not asked about December)
2) Currently they introducing new system of monitoring files which will take 1-2 weeks.
3) At the moment she have no information on that application.
4) I was recommended to call back after 23 February.

Besides of all this I was asked around 10 verification questions.

If you are PhD. and applied in 4011, then your file will be transferred to PhD Stream.

Are all November applicants are in cap as of today or as of Dec 16 update on their site?
Please any December applicant especially late Dec applicant who is in Canada can you call CIC and find out info about us?
I suppose we will get update approximately on or after February 23.

I am in Canada already and my UCI is same on work permit and now in visitors record.

I have German PhD, not Canadian.

I had 86 points on fws application and 474 (503) in Express Entry with and without my common law.

I only asked about November, have no idea about December.

What she told me is that there is no information on the app (it's not returned back too, otherwise she would have information that application was not complete and returned back).

I think my application is in the line to be processed.
