i personally feel that CIC has moved all their resources towards the first Draw of Express Entry at the moment. Once, the Draw is complete, they will have another 60 days for Express Entry candidates to send their complete applications. So, during those 60 days they would come back to process FSWP 2014 applications.

Was a busy day I am busy in doing entire boday check up and reports from yeaterday evening
Did all test TMT, ECG, enytire body check up stomach sonography and at the night it was detected I have stone of 15 mm in gladbladder
Medicine and treatment is on but took time of 10 minutes at nigth to update the status before sleep.

All the best to all forum members and may we all have our dreams fulfilled and be in good health.

Will be not be in touch for around 5 days as i will be under observation

i have news to share...

one of Nov applicant who sent his file on 07 Nov for Noc 1123. he sent email query regarding the status of his application and got the reply this morning. he got the sad news that his app is incomplete and is returned back.

he posted following message in wotsapp group

November 1123 applicants- I can guarantee that you are within the cap.
I can say this bcos my I got an email this morning that my application was sent back on 14 Dec due to incompleteness. I seriously doubt that. But I just have to accept it as a fate. One positive is that you all other 1123 applicants need not be nervy any more, at least about the cap.

he is admin of the nov applicants in forum and wotsapp group, and fantastic person. i feel sorry for him.



Now wot can we draw form this.

As of last Cap update of 1123 was 822 and for noc 4011 is of 813.

so we can says that both were in similar situation.

now if 1123 applicant of 7 Nov is getting his application back due to incompleteness, it gives us guarantee that at least applicants till 7 Nov are in Cap.

This fact gives us high hopes that all Nov applicants(for sure) & December(possibly) are in Cap.

i take this as positive for noc 4011 as it tells us that charging for 4011 will start soon.

Reset of analysis i ll leave for you expert people

I am a bachelors degree holder in the field of electronics and coomunication engineering.I have 2 years full time experience in the reputed engineering college having the post of Assistant professor. I have applied for canada PR under FSW scheme in November 2014 in NOC 4011
After few days , I came to know by reading employment requuirements that ( for NOC 4011)masters degree must be needed.
So, would my application to canadian govt. be fruitful ?

Some of the Hot Noc applicants have got files back but I guess 4011 was not that in that category.

I'm still keeping my hopes high due to non return of this Nocs files and also Vinishas case.

Somehow I feel that as she has been charged thus all applicants till 17th Dec shud fall in the cap.

And also the numbers don't add up in the spreadsheet wen compared to the last all cic updates ... somehow I also feel that the %age shown in the spread sheet shud not b way off reality as they have been right on a large number of Nocs ..

In the end let's just wait n watch .. hope v all are in the Noc .

Thank you for your information. As far as I know those returned applications were due to incompleteness. However it would be very interesting to know if someone got his/her application back due to cap reached. That's why I created post to everyone from HOT NOCs' applicant can share their information which can somehow spread the light on the situation.

This isn't the news we were looking for.
However I din't find any reason in the comment why her application were sent back.
I wish we can contact her and ask about details.
What about chahals4u (NOC 4011 11/28/2014)?
He or she reported that the application has been returned due to wes ECA report date expiry. This means that officer at least opened and reviewed chahals4u's application and cap had not been reached by that time.
Any thoughts?
I am not trying to discourage anyone who is keen to apply EE. I am just sharing my opionion.

Chahals4u is an error entry .. that applicants file was sent on 8th july and received on 15th July .. I know this coz this entry had created a big confusion earlier too and i have been following the forum a while now ..

Altho Shaz does have a point .. i am unable to find a link for the points calculation for FSW2014 now .. I guess this persons calculation shud b as under :

IELTS: 24(English only)
Exp: 15
Edu: 25
Adap: 5
Age: ??? - Do u guys remember wat was the points for max age ?

This totals 69 without age points .. Wat say ??
