if applicant got uci with out charge then it means uci is generated before charging.
but when ? any body has any idea ...

Acoording to my understanding from reading the cases of previous posts by several members ,UCI is allocated after completeness check and before charging. Because one of the members named optimist3 got returned back his package due to cap fill though he got the uci no earlier via email. Neither his UCI was active nor his DD was encashed. Thats all.

And the most devastating news for me is that one applicant of same date named Deepsharama has already reported here about returning his application due to cap fillled. Last date of per for our noc is 23rd of October. So I am really afraid I might be just out of the margin. .

a friend of mine called CIC today and they told him that his 2132 application has returned to him because of cap fill

I don't know if he is telling the truth or not. Because someone mentioned several pages before, that they are not working today

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.
