NOC 4011 PER Candidates from NDVO

Hi Folks,

Started this topic to track NDVO processing speed of NOC 4011 PER applications.

As per SS, the last medical request received application showed application received date (CIC) of 08 Jul 2014 and PER date of 03 Nov 2014.

Also, local visa offices give more preference to Application received date at CIC rather the PER date.

Hope the discussion will be useful for our 4011 folks!!

I am Nov 19 applicant NOC 4011. There is a problem with our code, as people don't get charged after Oct 22-nd. If anyone has recent information, please share. Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!!!!

You should be getting Ur second line update by this week.

I can see many August applicants got their 2nd line last week including one 05 Aug 4011 applicant in SS.

Visa office: New Delhi.
Application received Date: 25th June 2014.
PER: 21 Oct 2014
2nd line updated on 16th December 2014 (File began processing)

Still not received Medical or PCC request.

More than 5 months have passed since 2nd line update.

Worried about file.

My Immigration consultant had sent Query regarding delay, received response from NDVO that currently background check going on my File.

If anyone has similar scenario then do share.

my noc is 4011,applied on 23 June,per on 21 October,second line updated on 5 dec,no mr till date when asking about status got response
You are further advised that your file has been reviewed by a visa officer and is now pending further verifications.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the verifications are completed, the next steps in this application will be determined and you will be contacted. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case. No communication till date very much worried vo ndvo

I got this Reply to CSE that my Consultant had raised with NDVO:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Under Canada’s immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.
