NOC 4011 express entry

We are planning to apply for PR in Canada, I have Master’s & Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and have experience of 7 years as Assistant Professor in reputed collage. Am I eligible for NOC 4011 express entry.
If yes, Do i need to do any Certifications to work as Lecturer in Canada

Yes. Depending on your duties you could be under NOC 4021 or NOC 4011.
You don't need to show certifications for immigration purposes, it's more for Canadian employers who may ask you to provide if you want to enter into teaching stream.
