dear frn,hope that u have alredy sent 10+2 credentials to wes rit? so ask them do evaluation course by course.and send them a personal mail and explain how u got rejected.I am sure that they will canadian equellency as secondary school diploma.Was they asked you to re submit with correct report in their rejectoin mail?

I send the mail through their website contact us option, whether any email is available? They are replaying very late.
No they didn't asked to resubmit the correct report.

Can any one give me cic call center number to get uci?

Over Phone:

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 1 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Just called CIC last night!

My application dated Dec 3, NOC 3233 is now on its way back the lady on the line said It was returned last Jan 15 and no idea about the reason. my WES report = 2 years diploma and self assessment of points is about 71. Just called the CIC call center last night.

So all is unclear. but still not being discouraged. Everything has a purpose. God is good! Thank you so much everyone in this forum!

Yes i tried to call CIC but they are asking for the application number which i dont have....
Its not connecting to an agent as well... they are telling lines are too busy....
What 2 do next?
