background: under NOC3112. Hired by company and is rotating between different hospitals currently(not in Canada).
Question 1
May i just get one reference letter from HR department of the company? Feel a bit troublesome to get letter from each hospital(about 4 hospitals).

Question 2(If question 1 's answer is yes)
In this letter, may i just indicate the work duration of each hospital and describe the job duties as a whole? Because my job title is the same.

Question 3
I will try to ask HR to provide such a letter on the letterhead. Do i still need the company seal and HR's name card?

Question 4
Before current job, I've already had more than 3 years working experience in another country. If i failed to get HR's letter, may i just remove current work experiene and explain it as personal experince in LOE?

If the letter has detailed explanation about your employment for each hospital, then one reference letter is enough

If the reference letter is on the letter of the employer, then company seal and card are not required

If your meeting the eligibility criteria without including this 3 years of work experience, then no explanation is required

My 3year work experience is previous one not current work. Current work is about 2years. So only use the previous work experience is OK right?
Just in case i encounter some difficullties in obtaining the letter with my current HR.

If you don't want to get points for the 3-year experience you don't need to explain anything but you MUST include it in the personal history if it happened within the last 10 years.

I understand that you might find difficulty getting a reference letter for this 3-year experience job, but with your current 2 years if you can get this letter you will get more points for 5 years than for 2 years only; therefore it's worth trying your best to get letter for both jobs
