I'm about to finalize my SV. Faced a little problem finalizing SVR. In my medical transcript there is Dr. before my name. But in rest of my documents my name is same. They are saying there is difference in name and want an explanation for this. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Right an affidavit with reason n explanation and send them. Thats my idea.
