I would like to ask that what are the prospects of IMG Doctors getting into Canadian Residency Programs after clearing the licensing exams, MCCEE & MCCQE 1 ??

Is it a good idea to chose alternate pathways like pursuing MSc or should we go with the licensing exams ?

*What IELTS score needed for NOC 3112 applicant?
*How many percentage of applicants under NOC 3112?

I received MR, but when I log into ecas the status of my application is "In process" and no second line is updated yet.

Is this normal?

What should I expect next (I mean after sending the Medicals)? Have they already done background and security checks?

Congrats.. sometimes they dont update the ECAS so dont worry..
background and security checks continue till you get the visa.

We have not started the process yet because we are not sure if we can make it to get a big score, but if anyone could tell us whether we will pass or get a good score or not (just by giving you some infos below) just your idea, if we have a possibility to get ITA. pls do help us and we will push this migrate thing.

My husband is the applicant:
*NOC 3112
*Physician
*4years of experience as a Pedia Resident Dr.
*33 years old
*pre-grad degree BS Physical Therapy (Licensed PT)
*other experience - Medical Transcriptionist 6mos.

If positive that we can get ITA through your ideas: we will take:
*IELTS test and will target CLB 7 or CLB 8; then have our:
*ECA's too.

as for me the Wife:
*BSHRM degree; has;
*2-3 years of experience too; will have
*ECA too and
*IELTS;

My husband has
*2 aunts in Ontario, Toronto.

Do you think we can do this "immigrate" thing? if Yes, then we will PUSH it!
