Doctors,
Which NOC is more relevant to the "resident doctor" with the following duties :

Main Duties:

1- Examination of resident patients in internal divisions, recording the results in the patients' tickets, requesting needed examination and information of the assigned physician of the requirement of each case.
2- Daily follow-up of patients, writing notes about their condition and recording their progress in their medical field.
3-Follow-up of the results of lab analysis and radiology tests required for patients.
4-Contributing in examination and diagnostic radiology procedures assessment and writing final reports about the results.
5-Training newly graduated doctors and helping them technically in the patients examinations, obtaining case progress reports and taking samples for analysis.
6- Helping in the follow-up of patients' cases in external clinics, when needed.
7- Treating patients according the treatment plans delineated by specailists following the cases.
8-Participation in night shifts according to the night shifts program.
9-Participation in the department activities and applying work policies and procedures of the department.
10- Developing medical reports and writing brief description of the case he helps treating.

NOC 3112 or 3111 ?!!
it seems like 3111,actually i was officially Resident Doctor in Specialisation of Radiology ,that's why they put my NOC 3111 when i passed interview for another program QSW(Quebec skilled worker)

Thanks for your reply. Actually , I sent my application and received on 22 October. At that time , I was very confused whether these duties are in accordance with NOC 3111 OR 3112 . I finally chose 3112 despite the fact that I had a 2 - year experience certificate (from 2011 to 2013 ) indicating obviously my duties as a general practitioner ( NOC 3112 ) which is my primary NOC. I'm afraid that the officer may look at the newer experience certificate (resident doctor from 2013 up to date ) which is put first on the form and ignore the most relevant certificate as a general practitioner.
I hope that you haven't got confused, But in brief, I chose for both of my jobs the same NOC (3112) . the most recent ( resident doctor of radiology ) is not very relevant in contrast to the old occupation (general practitioner ) which is more relevant to the NOC duties.

Don't worry ,i think you have right to choose one from both NOC,so as u choosed 3112,then officer will look at certificate about it,my case is like that,i had more than 2 years expierence certificate (from August 2007 to January 2010) indicating that i worked in Hospital paid as General resident doctor(i have not started my specialisation yet at that time) and i had an experience certificate from Health Ministery that i started officially my Residency in Specialisation of Radiology from February 2010 to september 2013 up to date of my interview of selection by provience Quebec (more than 3 years and a half),and when i passed interview sucessfully, the consult of immigration put my NOC=3111 as i was Resident doctor in radiology at that time, i think that he could put 3012 also as i had an experience as General resident, that's what happened with me,i don't know if there difference between Quebec QSW and FSW about NOC ,if anyone here can comment for our friend, plz and thanx advance.

Thanks doctor for your time and attention .
I just want to make sure that I meant that I chose NOC 3112 for the 2 previously mentioned occupations and that - in turn - means also that the Noc I'M applying for is 3112. I'm afraid that the officer considers the resident doctor's experience certificate only which may not convince him without looking at the general practitioner's experience certificate which is more convincing.
Thanks again! :)

Doctors,
How can I request an additional ECA report from the MCC . Every time I try to request another one, a message appears telling that :" You already submitted an ECA report request. You are not required to submit another one at this time." !!

hi everyone.....
i have sent my documents for ECA in Aug but so far haven't got any response from the mcc .... upon inquiry from MCC they said that , i should open a courier account for sending documents to my univ as there might be a delay in delivering documents to my uni.... well, know i like to ask that if i get my evaluation report in the end of December or in next year , may i be able to apply in g.p doc category if express entry come in to place and how it will affect this to my case if i apply.... please share your knowledge.....

Hi everyone!
It's my first post here, and I have a question about docs certification. It's required that certification must be done in English. But I have only two options: my med school and notary public. In the university the certification could be done in English, but stamps are not in English. And it's nearly impossible to find here a notary public who will do the whole certification in English. All I can expect - certification in my language and translation.
Have anyone faced this problem already and what are possible solutions? Will MCC accept docs with no-english stamps?

I've asked physicianapply service two times already and all I've got is the quotes from the rules.

Hello everyone!

I have read in some thread about fbi pcc.. is it the same thing as pcc? So why does it take longer time?

Expect somewhere arround 18 DEC ,,,keep or full file prepared even with address written of CIC and check the size envelop and every small detail as soon as u receive same day courier it,,,,u r left with just 2 to 5 days margin,,,,,,,worrying won't solve the problem but will cause headache.:-) its our believe that if god has made this in your fourtune nothing can stop reaching on time and if not even reaching on time will not give assurance to acceptance...take a chill sis:-)
