i had my identity verification sent to ecfmg by tcs .....it reached on time like other couriers...dont worry as long as ur medical coleege is sending thru courier...best of luck and by the way tcss only deliver by its own to dubai and uses dhl or fedex from there on and takes half money so my experience was ok ...just that they didnt give every day updates ....i just saw on ecfmg account first that my docs were received
and later found i had msg on my cell

Will be sending my application tomorrow for 3111. Hopefully not too late in terms of CAP. I expect the number of applications to increase sharply once applications from August start being processed as ECA reports would start coming to those applied immediately in May.

I am also a 3111 applicant for FSW but I am still waiting for my ECA report. I have some questions about getting ECA reports, could you please give me some ideas? thank you!
I have medicine degrees of Bachelor, Master and Doctorate. And I have applied source verification for all of those degrees.
As for my Doctorate and Master degree source verification, ECFMG have received Confirmation Materials from the institution that issued my medical credentials on 3rd November. So MCC may receive my source verification materials from ECFMG at the beginning of December. However, my Bachelor degree source verification has not sent to my institution due to some documents deficiency (the new-submitted document is under review).
So my question is: Is that necessary to file all three degree ECA reports to CIC for my FSW application? Or just the highest Doctorate degree is enough? If a Doctorate degree ECA report is sufficient, I will file FSW application materials without Bachelor degree source verification, is that going to Okay?
Another question is: I have paid $98 for ECA Report, but I am not sure how many reports does this payment cover? Is that for one degree or all three degrees? And if I want more copies, for example, three copies for my Master degree and Doctorate degree report, do I need to pay more?
And question 3: I wish to have my ECA report sent by courier service, when need I email the ECA Courier Service Authorization Form?

CIC only want ECA for your primary medical qualification i.e. the degree which made you a "doctor", MBBS in case of Pakistan. No reason to send them any other ECA report. As for your specialist qualifications, you will have to send experience certificates from your current and past employers from the last 10 years detailing your work activities , duties , pay etc.
You can email the courier auth form whenever you want but transaction will only be processes once MCC are about to send your ECA report to you. However a copy of your mail will be put in your MCC Messages folder as confirmation of their receipt of your email ans CC details.

I'm really confused about the last date of submission of application under FSWP-2014.

at CIC website: "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015"

at Canada Gazette: "A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction" (Vol. 148 -2014)

at CIC News website: "After December 31, 2014, the current rules and procedures for the FSWP will no longer be in place. As of January 1, 2015, candidates will no longer apply directly to the FSWP"

Please help me if someone really knows ???

But I want to claim 25 points in EDUCATION because I have a doctorate degree in medicine, if ECA report is just "doctor of medicine", how many points can I get? 23 or 25?

Hello all,

I am a General Practioner Doctor from Morocco willing to apply under NOC 3112, i am waiting for MCC to Source verify my Credentials.
Moroccan Medicine Degree is awarded after 7 years plus a thesis, the last 2 Years are for internship Rotations; After Graduating the Doctors are General Practioner BUT IT IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE DIPLOMA, nor given any certificate mentioning that they are GP doctors;
Can you please tell me what kind of informations are in the ECA report,
is there is any mention on it about the speciality? what it would be in my case, just M.D or General Practioner Doctor?
Can anyone Post a PDF Sample of the MD ECA ?
are there any General Practioner Doctors here in this Forum from France, Morocco who already got their ECA;
