How did you submit? Via email as saved file or scanned file? Did you use "Other fee" option for ECA report?

Hi, Can anyone help me with the draft for job experience letter? I had been to the hospital where I worked, they said they are busy and asked me to draft a letter as per requirements and they would sign it....
