After receiving your documents, MCC will review and send to ECFMG for Source Verification. EICS (ECFMG International Credentials Services-EICS) will send your documents to your Diploma issuing institute for Source Verification. It is better to communicate with your Institute to encourage a response. However, nothing to do with the physiciansapply.ca before getting the response. Only, you can request for ECA report.

Forget about the sample page. Certifying official will sign, stamp and write all the necessary things there.

What you are talking about the sample page is that Passport's feature only (not the requirement).

No one can tell the exact number of applicants who have already submitted their documents as there is no update yet from CIC. Anyway, I've seen only 2 doctors in the spreadsheet and one of which already at CIO and another one is in transit. Hopefully, it will not be filled before September. Prepare everything in your earliest possible time and send them fast as there is nothing to loose if it's returning back.

hi friend this is urgent. i hve just opened the account. for svr i hve 2 urgent querry.
1)CERTIFIED IDENTITY CONFIRMATION form should be fulfilled by handwritting? as i see typing is not going on on the blank spaces.
2) for coversheet of passport my full name didn't come at thye bottom of the page,just above the candidate number. my full name is muhammad sayedul arefin. but it shows MUHAMMAD SAEDUL AR. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Fill the CERTIFIED IDENTITY CONFIRMATION form by Handwriting and use block letters. Cover sheets are not so important.
