please can you
how can i approach CANADIAN EMBASSY FOR
their attestation/notarizing services
i mean what documents are needed and one should take to embassy for attestation
and what are their charges
please reply asap

The following documents need to be attested:
1. Passport's Copy
2. Medical Diploma Copy
3. CERTIFIED IDENTITY CONFIRMATION

Attesting bodies: - http://mcc.ca/wp-content/uploads/certification-requirements.pdf

Charges may vary from country to country. I've done my attestation with 20CAD for each page and 50CAD for CERTIFIED IDENTITY CONFIRMATION. Also, I paid 2CAD for each page photocopy.

How much time will it take to get ECA report from mcc if I will apply tomorrow...?will it be too late ?

As you know our final degree is a bit coloured one...so shud I send coloured or black and white

Black & White will be fine as you have to attest that from embassy. Therefore, colour doesn't matter. Just they need the proof.

Dear,

When you will send SVR (source verification request) for ECA, you need to send certified copy of your Medical Diploma, Passport and Identity Confirmation form to MCC. Obviously, you need to get it before sending for ECA. The requirement for Certification is here:

Certification can be done from one of the following offices (if other than USA,UK,Europe or Australia):
Embassy, consulate or high commission office of
- Canada - USA - UK -Australia - New Zealand -France
