Verified documents from my college in Karachi will reach ECFMG today inshAllah. Took them 20 days from ECFMG to my college, my college took another 15 days to get all paper work done (at least they sent the docs by FedEx to ECFMG without charging me a penny, now hope n pray that they college ppl didnt make any errors in the verification docs :s.). According to info on MCC website, ECFMG will take upto one month to process and send the verification to MCC. After this it will be about 3 weeks more till I receive the ECA if I sign up for courier delivery by paying MCC. Thats about a total of 2 months . Wonder if CAP for 3111 will be available by then? Please correct me seniors, if I am wrong about the timeframe.

Currently, I'm working in Maldives and I used Visa Card issued by Bank of Maldives. I have USD account and I can use that account for int'l transaction.

I don't have idea which bank allows for int'l transaction. I think you guys can talk with Standard Charter Bank.

After submitting application for police verification, it should take 7 days to issue. However, for outside of Dhaka, it may take few days longer. After signing from the foreign ministry, they will send it to your local police station. You can talk with them.

After Verification Returned - Passed, ECFMG can take up to 21 days to update the status on their website. After the status update, MCC will take up to 21 days to issue ECA report. However, this is the max. time periods. Hope, they will issue ECA before that.

Don't worry about the CAP. NOC 3111 or 3112 is not going to fill soon (or it might will not fill). 8) 8) 8)
