NOC 3112 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

Hello All,

I have got some few worries, I sent in my application on the 24th of december,with noc num 3112, and was delivered on the 30th. My worries are:
1- I substituted my passport page for my birth certificate, only to find out now that am suppose to use an affidavit instead.
2- my spouse and son photograph is also a concern to me because it didnt meet up the requirement, as they both where not available to get the right one.

Has anyone have a similar experience with birth certificate issue, will my application still be considered? And if I re send another document containing just the affidavit and passport photograph will it be accepted as the EE started already? Will any agent be able to help at this stage? Plz any advice will help

I got the same issue, i.e. birth certificate issue that we had our birth certificates but those were without name (cuz we did not name our kids in first month of their birth, so we got without name and never entered them in record, thinking that school accepted so CIC will also accept), but CIC just returned the file with fees, stating that birth certificate don't have name so, attach affidavit. We did the affidavit thing second time and got it done, so all the best

who knows about changes made in generic form imm 0008 on 23rd nov 14
is that must for ppl who sent application aftr that date to use UPDATED form??

Dont worry. Call CIC and get your UCI and check the ECAS.

Hey Lemon!

Keep high hopes man. Hopefully you'll get a "PER" by next week . Btw I am wondering what are the chances of someone getting an "NER", even after CCC? NOC 3112 is pretty slow, so you have plenty of time for praying.. Good Luck! Keep us posted.

Yes. If you score less than 67 points or experience letter is not convincing. Depends on agent.
