regarding adaptability points of relative living in canada

my wife's real uncle lives in canada,according to instuction guide i need to provide birth certificate of both my wife's father n uncle,when i applied for bc in concerned dept they gave me copy of nac(non availabity certificate)stating non registered birth with all the details like x s/o y s/o z, place of birth,..is dat enough

my worrying point is dat m getting total 78 points, if they refused the above document,will they just deduct 5 points of adaptibility or will they return my application due to lack of bc...

aap apne Non Availability Certificate ki real copy attach kare and get one affidavit attach with it stating the reason for NAC.. and not producing BC.... and also one affidavit from your uncle and your spouse father.. that they are real brothers..and any other document stating their relationship.... attach with it..it ll be enough... agar PR milni hogi toh 67 points par bhi milegi but this is the rite procedure.... Embassy people ll send this NAC to local birth and death registration office for verification..if it gets verified correctly then no problem.. I

now how long it wud take thm to generate ECA??

Is there any specific format of the bank statement for the proof of funds? What should I ask the bank to specify in the statemnt, except from the amount of money that I posses?

just authorized bank letter head stating ur current bank amount in CAD...signed with authorized official seal......

add only assets.. ur total current amount bank certificate in CAD... liabilities ...NIL...in total put ur assets amount..

get the NAC for both of them... and not only one year..get it for three years ..one year of birth ..one year before birth and one year after birth... and attach one affidavit stating the reason for ur NAC and not producing ur BC....and also affidavit from ur father in law.. stating his relationship...and any other document stating their relation...one more thing make sure both affidavit is with photograph.. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) it ll be enough..

are u having job offer from canada in NOC 3112..if yes then fill it..

I am still to figure out how FSWP works for me would work for me. ? A brief about me:
What route should i use and how MCC verification is done

1. 5+ years of work experience as a Specialist Pediatrician
2. MBBS, MD post grad from one of the top most Institute in India
3. 1 1/2 year work + training experience in Canada as a Clinical Fellow(Subspecialty)
4 IELTS score Overall 8.5
5. Permanant Job offered in Saskatchewan after fellowship with LMIA subject to verification of degrees with MCC

What route should i take with MCC and should i send my MBBS, post graduate or Clinical Fellowship documents for verification .
Some of the experienced members please guide me
