NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

NOC 3012 got capped on Nov 26, few days after which was Dec 11 was when they released on the CIC website that there are 254 pending applications awaiting MI (means completeness check have been done).

I think the reasons we don't have much information about noc 3012 and 3233 is because applicants of these nocS are not much in this forum and even the little that are here mostly are silent observers they don't contribute to the forum or give ano information.
I heard about oct 16 noc 3012 getting charged I find that hard to believe because the information is not coming from the applicant herself, so someone said someone said should not be considered. Let's keep hoping and believing.

only thing we all can do instead of feeling disappointed or loosing hope is either enquire regarding ur dd status or call cic for uci number.else simply wait for any confirmation from cic.i have asked optimistic candi regarding the oct cc charged. .hhe is sure about the month but no the date..

IMO this has nothing to do with those applying for PR through FSWP. It is clearly stated that it is for those applying "through the Caring for People with High Medical Needs Pathway". It is true that applications processing for NOC 3012 seems to be exceptionally slow...but we'll get there by God's grace. Remember that whatever the case is, CIC will get in touch with applicant.
Let's be hopeful and keep encouraging one another as we've been doing. :) :)
 
HI everyone i applied (3012) in the end of november .....my file reached on 1 dec....by 11 dec cap was fulll...

i know the chances are v slim..........but what is the possibility...

if not when will i expect to get the docs back....

I just checked with my bank ...dd as of today is still outstanding. ..feeling low.....

Check this timeline. It was a bit delayed. More than two months after encashment to get PER.
Sometimes even banks provide no details about encashment.
I remember one candidate whose DD was not encashed according to the bank received PER.
So keep up the spirit.

Congrats...

If we c the application date its sep 4th and dd enchased is nov19 ie ..on nov 21 update on cic website was 514 I guess..after this we never had any cc charged...the last cc charge was sep12applicant ...and suddenly cic stopped charging. if any application after sep 14th gts charged then we can expect tht cic has started verifying the pending application
