NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

Don't worry fella, it won't be filled in a month or two. Hottest NOC's as 2174 and 1112 would be filled in a month and beside that all other NOC crossing 100 may fill within 3-4 months from now. Beside them, all NOC's will remain unfilled till April 30, 2015.

3 year nursing diploma valid for FSW or not?

Today i checked FSW 2014 Spreadsheet there is a rejection of NOC 3012..."They give reason that 3 year diploma nursing is not equal to Canadian degree" so i am worried about my process. My wife has done 3 year nursing diploma from india and WES mention study equal to 3 years Hospital Study and Training. is there any one know that 3year diploma GNM is valid for FSW or not?

Please help me guys?

Yup, the diploma in Nursing from India is only assessed as 3 years of Hospital study and upon eligibility review no points would be given for this study term unless diploma, Bachelors or Masters would have mentioned in the WES report. Now there is only a way left and that is you could switch on to other ECA options as univ. of toronto or ICAS.

I also applied for 3012 in may 23. My credential assessment was 2 year diploma from the phillippines. So theres a possibility that i will get rejected.

Hi...i applied under noc 3012....lodge my paper this may 28 2014 1pm and signed by doug....i think only few nurses here are members..most of them are under other nocs...

Hi vishal, i did 4 years in nursing and wes gave me the report as equivalent to canadian degree, three years diploma is not considered as equivalent to canadian nursing. Here diploma is two years and is only two year course, moreover diploma nurses are called RPN which means registered practical nurse and RPN is not in the NOC code.. Its nly registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses... So this is not WES fault

Yeah exactly, that's why one having this hospital study assessment thus may try their luck on NOC 3022 instead of 3012, which is LPN.

one of my friend got wes evaluation report today, shows canadian equivalency: Three years of hospital study and training. The diploma in general nursing and midwifery entitles the holder to practice as a Registered Nurse in India...this certificate is ok..plz reply as soon as possible...
