Nurses (3012) from anywhere applying for this FSW 2014 plz vent in for your valuable sharing and suggestions to apply for this FSW 2014. Lets predict that at what time frame, starting from May 1st the cap of 1000 will be full???

Where r u from? For philippines BSC nurse is shown with "diploma (2 years)" because you have only 6 years (primary) + 4 years(secondary) +4 years (degree). But in India we have 6+4+2+4

In order to apply for FSW it should be done by WES and to work as a nurse in Canada your degree need to accredit by Nursing Association of Canada.

Marso, first of all you need to have 2 most essential things as the IELTS (GT) with minimum 6 band in all segment and then u need to have your credentials assessment from any of the designated institution by CIC. You can assess your credential from any of the four institutions as instructed by CIC so there's no such hard and fast rule for any NOC by particular.

Im also starting my application for FSW together with my husband as my dependent.. im currently working in saudi arabia and will come home this august to fix some documents needed.

is there anyone here got a sample of LETTER of REFERENCE my employer would like to know what entails the letter.
and by the way good luck to everyone who filed their papers already and will be filling soon , like me. (october 2014)* crossfingers * that the CAP for 3012 wont reach by then..

I have sent application on 25/08/2014 and cic recieved it on 28th august.I filed under NIC 3012. Any idea that is the cap already reached or no? Waiting your valuable answers..

Hi! NOC 3012 here. My app was received May 21st so I am awaiting CC charge anytime soon.

I think it might take awhile before the cap for NOC 3012 gets filled. However, those who applied at QSW but was cap reached will be applying to FSW soon. So it's best to lodge as soon as you can.

Have your educational credential assessment done by WES for FSW application, it's a lot faster. Once in Canada, assessment from NNAS will be needed to become an RN/RPN.

I think usually it depends if you graduated from a university or a college. I am from the Philippines and graduated from a university. I was given bachelor's degree 4 years canadian equivalency.
