NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

But the fact is there could have been a pile of application that reached before the capped date.
we dont know for sure how many lucky applications would fall under that list.
did you check with your bank for DD encashment

Please, you dont know that for sure, no one knows -- it's very possible that 200+ people were those who had been charged and awaiting PER.

Let's speak from the facts, shall we?: right now the cc charge for other NOCs has reached middle of November or even December. This means 3012 was long capped in early Sept -- otherwise, there is no other logical reasons why they stopped charging 3012. I'm sorry for keeping crushing people's hope here, but let's face it, which situation is more likely?
 
Any idea about latest charging for 3011? and it's status

two of my friends got charged in December. Both September applicants.
We dont know about other applications.
There are some applications from other noc's got charged after 4.5 months as well.

we can get to know only when the application returns.
Or can send a case specific enquiry email.

But for the record my first file got rejected due to credit card declination has not yet reached back. It has been 6 months since they sent it back

and those 200+ applications were complete files waiting to be charged and checked under MI.
my hope is they should fall in to that.
because there has been very less activities under thst particular noc

How do you know this for sure: "those 200+ applications were complete files waiting to be charged and checked under MI"? I've seen other analyses saying these were charged people waiting for PER..
Yes, there are September applicants who were charged at the beginning of December, but after that until now, nothing. :(((( Seems it stopped at Sept 10 or 11 applicants.

thats what cic website said. And for your kind information I sm not trying to argue or prove anything. And i never said anything for sure. These are possibilities. No one knows how cic works. So until snd unless we get the file back or get any notifications from cic hope prevails for God's sake
 
My application reached there Sep 24th that time cap was around 436 then it was filled to 1000 at December so I am not sure where I application stands....

Please... the cic website did not elaborate on what that column of number means. That's why there were guesses back then among us applicants.

I mean no offense to you personally: i just think it's time to start accepting it and stop the false hope.

For it to be returned it could take up to 6 months, by then half of a year wil be wasted, so why not start thinking of another plan.

Dear my application under 3012 reached on Sep19, no cc charge until now.
