I've received PPR today! Already paid the fees and sent the passports!

Im 18 December applicant NOC2281, Call centre agent asked me first name last name, DOB,country of birth , file received Date,i have old UCI also handy,but she said 10 weeks are over you should have some reply by this time and told me to provide courier receipt no so that she can initiate an inquiry on file,About cap reached ,she had no information...
I will ring CIC tommorw with courier receipt information.

My friend of the same NOC 2281 (received 19-Dec-2014) had already phoned CIC and got the result that they have no information on the cap status.

It takes 120 to 140 days for return files , as per previous trend.

(Even for incomplete files)

currently 21 NOV is 105 days

Hi all, I am NOC2281 Nov 25th applicant. My package came back a few days ago due to the cap. I've applied within Canada.

Here is the letter that I recieved along with my package (delete the spaces in the hyperlink). Basically, it's saying that the cap for NOC2281 has been reached.
