Want to share good news with all of you. Recieved PER finally.

Application sent date - 12th November 2014
Application recieved Date - 19th November 2014

DD Charge Date - 14th January 2015

PER Recieved Date - 10th February 2015

will update the spreadsheet soon.

Praying that all the applicants till 31st december will be in cap and all will get PER ..

Hi Amritbhupinder, thank you for the effort and getting information from CIC.

I presume that CIC is doing batch process and this is possible to avoid backlog. Hence, NOC 2281 is not cap and same with other NOCs.
There is no point CIC will wait for 3 months, then at the end they will just return. Unless, before opening applicant's file they will check first if NOC is cap or not. As mentioned previously from other forums, fifo rule is followed.

At the moment, we cannot conclude that 2281 NOC is cap until application has been returned to applicant.

Its 10 AM in NS, any CC/DD charging must have started, CIC please charge NOC 2281

I already have a UCI number from previous visas so I called CIC to get the status of my application sent on December 15th for NOC 2281 and they informed that they didn't start processing my application yet.

They also said that they don't have any information available regarding the CAP status.

People, chill please.

I see a lot of nervousness out there, but the reality is NOC 2172 & few other NOC's are getting PERs these days. Nobody from 2281 has reported PER since 10 days or so which means the focus is shifted on other NOC's. My faith is strengthened when I see Nov. applicants forum & people reporting
PER's are from almost the same NOC category which means their NOC's are in progress.

App. Filed - 21 NOV, waiting for DD encash.

I am sure within next couple of days you will be receiving PER email

If you have ever traveled to Canada on any type of Visa you will have a UCI already.
You can use your UCI to track your application on ECAS.
So he used it and called CIC for his application which reached on 15th December.

He was told that his application is not yet processed and CIC cannot provide any CAP Information until application is returned due to CAP Reached.
Hence so far his application was not returned for CAP Issues atleast.

Hi,

I have been reading posts from different threads and was not able to write due to busy schedule. I just want to add my details here for everybody's reference. So far, I haven't received any feedback from CIC if my application is capped out. The only thing I am holding right now is that my documents are still with them, I guess if it's mailed back to me I have already received it by now since the return address is just within Canada. Hoping and praying that it will not happen though, let's just hold our faith tight and stretch more patience.
